This page serves as the official legal notices repository for the Housing Authority of the Township of Old Bridge, in accordance with New Jersey law S4654/A5878, signed by Governor Murphy in July 2025.
Under this law, all public entities in New Jersey are required to publish legal notices on a dedicated webpage and submit the URL to the New Jersey Department of State for inclusion in the NJ Public Notice Hyperlink Portal.
A "legal notice" includes any resolution, official proclamation, notice, or advertisement required by law or by order of any court to be published by a public entity, including proposals for bids on public work.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Old Bridge Housing Authority scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 06:00 p.m., held at Old Bridge Municipal Building, 2nd floor Conference room 217, is hereby CANCELED due to the lack of a quorum.
The next Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners is scheduled for June 16th, 2026, at 06:00 p.m. at the above location, or as otherwise noticed in the Authority's annual meeting schedule.
This Notice is given in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.
The Old Bridge Housing Authority is now accepting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for the following professional services for a twelve (12) month period:
